The Three Kings Day Parade Saturday, Jan. 10, 1-2 p.m. in downtown Cary, commemorates the eve that gifts are exchanged in Latino countries. Sponsored by Diamante Inc., a Cary-based nonprofit that promotes Latino/Hispanic culture across North Carolina, the parade ends with the arrival of the Tres Reyes Magos (Three Kings). “Much have I learned from my teachers, more from my colleagues, but most from my students.”

PS. For the very very delicate of ears, my apologies for the one word you may find offensive, although it’s impossible not to use it as it is in order to precisely define…

Today was our last day of our Dr. Seuss study, oh the things we can think now! We love him and he is the cornerstone of children’s Literacy curriculum in America. Wish the world would know more about him… Happy Birthday Dr. Seuss! We’ll keep it simple and happy!

No more snow-days, tomorrow we’re having school and will warm the wintry weather with our Big Hearts Party.

The smiles of my children melt everything, specially me. I can’t wait to see you tomorrow! Be safe!
